A GT Training Academy subscription includes a year of access across Deep Dive courses, Spotlight sessions, and Quick Hit content — each format serving a different kind of learning need. Deep Dive credits apply toward substantive courses in eForms, PeopleSoft modules, and platform administration. Spotlight seats cover focused GT eForms and WebUX sessions. Quick Hit provides unlimited access to webinars and new release walkthroughs throughout the year.

Subscriptions run 12 months and renew annually. Team and Enterprise subscribers can distribute Spotlight seats flexibly among enrolled learners based on who needs what, when. Credits and seats are specific to named learners and expire at the end of the subscription term.

Not everyone can make it to a live session — and even those who do often want to revisit the material later. GT Replay gives subscribers on-demand access to recordings of sessions they attended or were registered for, so your team can reinforce what they’ve learned, catch up on a session they had to miss, or jump straight to the section they need without sitting through the whole course again.

Available as a paid add-on at subscriber pricing for any subscription tier. Requires an active subscription.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to unused credits and seats at the end of the year?
Credits and seats expire at the end of the 12-month term and do not roll over to the following year. Organizations that renew receive a fresh allocation at the start of the new term. Planning your training calendar at the start of the year helps ensure you get full value from what’s included.
Named learner logins are fixed for the subscription term and cannot be transferred or substituted. For Team and Enterprise tiers, Spotlight seats can be distributed flexibly among the enrolled learners — one person can use more or fewer seats depending on their needs, as long as they’re one of the named accounts on the subscription.
The discount applies to additional GT-developed courses purchased beyond what’s included in your subscription. It does not apply to PeopleSoft or Oracle-licensed training content.
Deep Dive credits are a dollar-amount pool you apply toward substantive courses — scheduled classes, self-paced content, or sessions booked for your team. Spotlight seats are individual registrations for specific scheduled courses. They come from separate allocations within your subscription and work independently.
