New and Enhanced Features
PeopleSoft Read/Write Tools
Ida now provides an official framework for PeopleSoft tools that can both read and update PeopleSoft data. This includes support for PeopleCode application-class tools alongside existing DSP tools, enabling agentic use cases that perform transactions in PeopleSoft.
Improved Tool Reliability
Ida is more tolerant of individual tool failures, allowing conversations to continue more gracefully when a specific tool encounters a problem.
Language Usage Reporting
A new report provides visibility into language usage within Ida.
Fixes and Improvements
Conversation Log Display Improvements
Long user names in the Conversation Log are now handled more cleanly without overlapping other content.
Daylight Saving Time Correction
Conversation Log timestamps now correctly account for daylight saving time, resolving cases where displayed timestamps could be off by one hour.
Improved Thumbs Down Reporting
The Thumbs Down report now properly displays bot responses for LLMv2 conversations, making it easier to understand which answers users were dissatisfied with.
