Introducing Ida.Next: The Next Generation of Ida

Today we’re announcing Ida.Next, the second generation of the Ida platform.

We’ve been building enterprise AI since 2016. When we sat down to plan this next chapter, we mapped out the biggest obstacles we kept seeing clients hit on the way to AI adoption: it moved too fast for teams to keep up with, it cost too much upfront and even more to manage once it was live, enterprise system integration was a hidden cost that turned out to be far more complex than anyone expected, and data security was the thing nobody thought about until it was too late. Ida.Next was built to address every one of those, directly.

Ida.Next is agentic-native, and that’s the core of what changed. The platform reasons through requests and takes action on its own, and you can run it on far less human effort than the platform before it, up to 95% less. The best example of the extent of Ida.Next’s automation is the new client provisioning process. Standing up a new environment used to take up to two weeks. On Ida.Next, it takes less than 30 minutes.

Speed by Design

Ida.Next reasons over each request and decides what to do, rather than following scripted steps a team has to build and maintain ahead of time. Less setup, less maintenance, less waiting. Internally we have been launching agents in just a few hours.

The chat responses are also up to 3x faster than Ida Classic. Faster responses, faster provisioning, less overhead across the board.

Full Client Control

You get 100% control of your Ida.Next deployment. Configure bots, manage tools, and review reporting from the admin console, with no engineering support and no dependency on our team.

Our Ida Managed Service Team is still part of every subscription, and they’re good at what they do. But you don’t need them to run your day-to-day deployment. They’re there when you want them, not a requirement to get things done.

Pricing That Actually Makes Sense

We rebuilt the pricing model along with the platform, and brought the cost down. Ida.Next also adds two new pricing tiers, so more organizations can find the right fit for their size and usage.

Pricing stays simple: a flat annual fee based on your tier, no per-user charges, no per-token charges. A 10,000-person organization pays the same as a 1,000-person organization on the same tier. Compare that to per-seat AI pricing, often $20 per user per month or more, and Ida.Next can be drastically more economical.

We built Ida.Next to be the best value available for a fully integrated AI agent platform, and priced it that way.

If You’re an Ida Customer Today

If you’re already running Ida, you will move to Ida.Next, and it will cost you nothing.

Timing depends on which features you use today and where you are in your contract. Some organizations will convert sooner than others. Your Ida Managed Service Team will work out the details, figure out the right timing for your organization, and bring you a plan. You won’t have to chase this down.

Built for the Systems You Run, PeopleSoft and Beyond

Ida.Next includes deep, secure integration with PeopleSoft, including automatic PII redaction before any data reaches the underlying model. Names, SSNs, bank account numbers, and other sensitive fields get removed before the model sees them. Ida.Next has some of the most sophisticated PeopleSoft integration available today.

The tool catalog reaches well beyond PeopleSoft too. It will cover Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and the rest of the enterprise systems we’ve built integrations for over the years plus new ones such as Workday. If your organization runs a mix of these systems, Ida.Next is built to work across all of them, not just one.

Unlimited Tool Catalog

Access to the tool catalog is unlimited. We don’t meter how many tools you use or charge more as your team adopts more of them. Use what you need, across whatever systems you run.

What’s Coming Next

We’re not done. Coming soon to Ida.Next: configurable headless agents that work without a chat window, agent-to-agent (A2A) communication so Ida’s agents can coordinate with other systems and agents, and more beyond that. I’ll have more to share on each of these as they get closer to shipping.

The Charter Program: Eight Spots, Real Benefits

We’re opening the Charter Program for the first eight new customers on Ida.Next. Four spots in August, four in September.

Charter members get the setup fee waived, direct access to our product roadmap through quarterly calls with the GT product team, an elevated managed service tier in year one, and a price lock guarantee that holds your rate through your first renewal. These benefits don’t carry into standard subscriptions once the cohort is filled, so if you’ve been considering Ida.Next, now is the time to raise your hand. You can provisionally reserve your Charter spot without a contract, just a written expression of intent.

If you want to learn more, reach out to us at hello@gideontaylor.com. Spots are going, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Ida.Next is what happens when you rebuild a platform informed by 10 years of deep enterprise AI experiences. I’m proud of what the team put together here, and I think you’ll feel the difference the moment you start using it.
