Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee all aspects of our accounts payable process. A clear understanding of the importance of processing timely payments to vendors is critical. To be successful in this role, you will need to fully understand and follow our processes and procedures including month-end requirements and deadlines. While accounts payable will be your focus, there will also be other day-to-day administrative and/or accounting responsibilities assigned as identified. The right candidate will be experienced, organized, and articulate as well as analytical, detail- oriented, honest, and willing to be taught. This is a 40-hour-per-week, on-site employment opportunity.

Requirements and Skills

At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping
Minimum of 1-year previous experience in accounts payable
Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred
Extreme attention to detail
High level of efficiency and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Maintain regular attendance habits
Has initiative, resourcefulness, analytical ability, ability to deal effectively and harmoniously with all groups and individuals, including the executive team and senior management

We are seeking bright and motivated Peoplesoft 9.2 Financial Analysts. With extensive experience integrating, configuring, testing, support of Peoplesoft solutions across multiple industries. What you’ll do:

The Consultant will help with the requirements, fit/gap, review of design & development, testing, upgrade, and implementation of major enhancements, and operations & maintenance of the PeopleSoft Financials Modules ( Pay/Bill, Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, AR, GL, AP PC).
Work with user community to implement and/or enhance business processes in PS applications. Work with 3rd parties and internal applications team to integrate PS with respective applications; provide ongoing support for PS applications.
This includes leading requirements and testing phases and incorporating business-required functionality in the development and maintenance of interfaces, reports, conversions, and other technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application.
You will help our client and the project team through a structured process to analyze, develop requirements, fit/gap, design, develop, test, and deploy the solutions per client requirements.
Define and execute a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met while leading the team to continuously innovate and streamline the application functionality and data quality assurance/testing process.

Basic Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading requirements development and testing and business support for design, development, testing, and deployment solutions and support data analysis functions for commercial entities and state agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Engineering or Information Systems or other relevant professional degree
5+ years of overall experience in requirements development, fit/gap, systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of applications.
Experience with People Tools 8.59, or above.
Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM Financials 9.2.
Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM PUM Update Image #45, new functional enhancements.

Other Qualifications:

Experience in leading interactive client sessions, developing requirements, fit/gaps, application functionality demos, test plans, and sprint reviews for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations.

Job Description

The Tech Analyst II position is a multi-faceted role, geared towards building text-based digital assistants and chatbots in the enterprise for employees, managers, students, faculty and advisors. The role is self-driven, but also part of a bigger collaborative team. The position offers the ability to exercise your full complement of skills, while allowing the freedom to also unleash your creative side. The role involves using the power of AI and Machine Learning, anchored on Natural Language Processing (NLP)to automate the support of enterprise user through conversational AI.

Responsibilities

Build custom dialogue flows, entities and other AI elements required by projects
Build new data sources with SQL and/or code

Responsibilities

This Senior Analyst’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement new PeopleSoft-based automation solutions for clients, including using GT eForms™. GT eForms™ enables functional development of workflow-enabled electronic forms and self-service applications inside PeopleSoft. These projects require the ability to interact confidently in a team environment that includes GT colleagues and client professionals.

This Analyst will:

Analyze the client’s business processes and collaborate with other GT team members and the client to design custom solutions, developed in PeopleTools and GT eForms™, to replace paper-based or other less efficient data collection and approval processes. This includes custom integration solutions, using Web Services technology and custom application design, and other applications of high-end PeopleSoft technologies.
Develop, test, and deploy the designed application, collaborating with functional experts, client technical resources, process owners, and project stakeholders.
Supervise, train, and mentor less-experienced technical resources assigned to client and internal development projects.
As assigned, develop, test, and deploy new features for the GT eForms™ product.
