In this Lunch & Learn session, Bupa’s PeopleSoft Support and Development Senior Analyst, Kirsty Dixon, will share how her team leveraged GT eForms to extend automation within PeopleSoft Financials. Kirsty will provide a brief overview of the 11 forms Bupa has implemented so far and then dive deeper into two payment-focused use cases.

This session will demonstrate how an existing Accounts Payable payment form—previously dependent on technical resources for development and maintenance—was successfully redeveloped using GT eForms. This transformation shifted ownership to the functional team, enabling Bupa to respond more quickly to business requests. The redesigned form incorporates 15 sub-form types and leverages advanced GT eForms capabilities, including visual IF conditions, dynamic field initialization from the data pool, multiple approval paths & steps, and automated voucher creation for inclusion in pay cycles.

Following this, we will showcase a contingent worker payment request form that further utilizes GT eForms functionality which replaced a highly manual, spreadsheet-driven, and time-sensitive workflow. Attendees will see how GT eForms introduced standardized submissions, pre-populated grids, query links, and embedded validation steps within approval paths—significantly reducing errors and improving efficiency.
