Concordia University in Montreal went live with GT eForms™ in 2022. This GT Lunch & Learn will feature Concordia sharing their experience in building the undergraduate student request forms (5 forms in total: Course Repeat, Course Substitution, Late Course Registration, Credit Overload, Late Withdrawal) as part of the continuous improvement on user experience and process automation using GT eForms and augmented routing.

Concordia will share their experience with:

• Augmented routing
• Naming conventions
• Accommodating different requests from various faculties sharing the same form, pages, segments, routing tab etc.
• Building rules to allow eForms to change approval paths after it has been submitted
• Security design for students and approvers
• Form exposure to students and approvers
• Email notification set up, communication workflow design and configuration
