The new PeopleSoft Assistant brings:

  • Instant PeopleSoft Help: Real-time assistance based on the exact PeopleSoft page the user is viewing, PeopleBooks and your own policies.
  • Natural Conversations with Campus, HCM & FSCM: Users talk. Ida listens, understands, and responds with the right PeopleSoft help.
  • Contextual Awareness: It knows what page you are on to remove ambiguity and get you to the right information faster.

Best part? It’s included in all Ida Enterprise and Ida Pro licenses at no additional cost.


Now in Beta: Level 3 Agentic AI Tools

Here’s where things get spicy. Ida 25.03 introduces Agentic AI Tools capabilities that make it possible to build smarter, more autonomous AI flows with reasoning. Over the coming releases, Ida will be leaning into this capability.
