Paul Taylor

Paul already had several years of technical enterprise software experience before he founded Gideon Taylor in 2001. Getting enterprise systems to reduce human busywork is like Christmas morning for him. He likes to think outside the box and rethink conventional wisdom; he likes to build both reusable tools and custom-fit solutions. He loves working with smart, friendly people and collects them whenever possible.

John Woodrum

John started in the IT industry in 1993 with Lotus Development Corporation. He has proven experience as a visionary leader with strong organizational and personnel development skills. He has served for almost 30 years in progressive leadership, managerial, and employee development roles. John feels that successful companies must develop leaders at every level within the organization, create a vision of success, and improve every employee’s personal value.

Andrew Bediz

Andrew is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise software and entrepreneurship. A recognized pioneer in usability and artificial intelligence (AI), he currently serves as Managing Director of AI and UX at Gideon Taylor, where he drives the creation of intuitive, impactful digital solutions for enterprises. 

Andrew has played a key role in driving innovation in products across industries such as education, the public sector, healthcare, finance, and retail. A frequent speaker at industry events where he shares his expertise on AI and UX trends. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Mark is a seasoned IT Executive with almost 30 years of experience in infrastructure, architecture, and cloud solutions. As the VP of Cloud Solutions at Gideon Taylor, and through leadership roles at Ida AI and IntraSee, he has demonstrated expertise in cloud architecture, team management, and optimizing technical operations. With a proven track record of delivering projects efficiently across multiple industries, Mark excels at building strong client relationships and driving business growth through strategic IT implementations.

Scott Crutchfield

With over 25 years of experience in helping companies tackle complex business challenges through the strategic integration of people, processes, and technology, Scott is a seasoned leader in the IT landscape. For more than two decades, he has held senior IT leadership positions, including CIO and Senior Director, where he has consistently delivered significant strategic value to his stakeholders. Scott has successfully built and led large teams dedicated to implementing PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, demonstrating his expertise in aligning technology with business objectives. His depth of experience has enabled him to develop a keen acuity for assisting organizations in executing their strategies and achieving their goals through a diverse range of technologies. In his current role as Practice Leader for Managed Services, Staff Augmentation and RPA, Scott takes pride in connecting the right people with the right solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients. Scott holds an MBA from the University of Georgia, specializing in business strategy and management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Business from Augusta State University.
