Expanding PeopleSoft to Serve a New Community
The University of Oklahoma partnered with Gideon Taylor to expand its use of PeopleSoft Financials by bringing the delivered Accounts Receivable and Billing modules to its external billing team.
While these modules were already used across multiple university departments, external billing had relied on custom applications and manual processes. OU modernized operations by retiring bolt-ons and migrating functionality back into PeopleSoft.
The solution is built entirely on PeopleSoft FSCM and includes:
- Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- Configuration-first PeopleSoft implementation
- Full integration with PeopleSoft General Ledger
- Centralized controls on an audit-ready platform
- Standardized billing and payment processing
