July’s GT Lunch & Learn will be presented by Madison College sharing their ECWS (Early College Workforce Strategies) Application project using GT eForms. This application is used by high school students to participate in dual enrollment through Wisconsin’s Start College Now (SCN) program or Madison College’s STEM Academy.

The eForm includes a path for K-12 partner to enroll high school students in courses outside of SCN and STEM through Third-Party billing.

Form approvers includes external users, whose access is managed by a custom process to provision access and monitor for action to be taken on the form.

Topics for the session include:

• GT Reminder Tool, which emails reminders to approvers after a set time period.
• Provision process to grant/remove PeopleSoft access to external users which also uses the GT Robot.
• GT Augmented Routing, which allows maximizes workflow flexibility for three types of form applications
