Job Description
This consultant’s primary responsibility is to implement GT eForms™-based solutions for clients. GT eForms™ is a native PeopleTools bolt-on toolset. These projects require the ability to provide functional PeopleSoft and strategic consulting. Training on GT eForms™ will be provided.
This consultant will:
- Analyze the client’s business processes and collaborate with the client to design custom electronic forms solutions, developed in PeopleTools using GT eForms™, to replace paper-based or other less efficient data collection and approval processes.
- Design customized versions of eForms to meet the specific business needs of our individual clients. Define how eForms will interact with the core PeopleSoft applications to execute transactions. Set up the flow of these electronic processes using the GT eForms™ setup tables. Acceptance test the resulting solutions.
- Work with technical experts, client functional resources, process owners and project stakeholders. Contributions to project planning and management may also be expected.
- Train client functional resources to design and administer additional GT eForms™-based electronic form applications.

- A successful candidate will recognize what they need to know to make a project successful, and acquire that knowledge quickly. He/she need not know everything, but should be able to know anything by early next week.
