We are seeking bright and motivated Peoplesoft 9.2 Financial Analysts.  With extensive experience integrating, configuring, testing, support of Peoplesoft solutions across multiple industries. Gideon Taylor is known for its customer focus and flexibility to match service offerings with client needs.

What you’ll do:

  • The Consultant will help with the requirements, fit/gap, review of design & development, testing, upgrade, and implementation of major enhancements, and operations & maintenance of the PeopleSoft Financials Modules ( Pay/Bill, Contracts, Project Costing, Billing, AR, GL, AP PC).
  • Work with user community to implement and/or enhance business processes in PS applications. Work with 3rd parties and internal applications team to integrate PS with respective applications; provide ongoing support for PS applications.
  • This includes leading requirements and testing phases and incorporating business-required functionality in the development and maintenance of interfaces, reports, conversions, and other technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application.
  • You will help our client and the project team through a structured process to analyze, develop requirements, fit/gap, design, develop, test, and deploy the solutions per client requirements.
  • Define and execute a robust plan to ensure all client requirements are met while leading the team to continuously innovate and streamline the application functionality and data quality assurance/testing process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading requirements development and testing and business support for design, development, testing, and deployment solutions and support data analysis functions for commercial entities and state agencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science / Engineering or Information Systems or other relevant professional degree
  • 5+ years of overall experience in requirements development, fit/gap, systems design, development, testing, deployment, and production support of applications.
  • Experience with People Tools 8.59, or above.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM Financials 9.2.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM PUM Update Image #45, new functional enhancements.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading interactive client sessions, developing requirements, fit/gaps, application functionality demos, test plans, and sprint reviews for application modifications, enhancements, or customizations.
  • Experience with People Tools, including, Application Packages, and Query.
  • Experience with writing complex SQL statements and leading business aspects for the implementation of custom modules.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Through understanding of PeopleSoft Financials/SCM business processes and bolt-on applications.
  • Selected Candidates must be able to work Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Standard hours.
  • 100% Remote.
