We are aware of reports regarding a potential security breach affecting Oracle Cloud’s legacy infrastructure. After thorough investigation, we can confirm that none of our customers are affected by this incident.
Why Our Customers Are Not Impacted
The reported vulnerability specifically targets Oracle’s Gen1 cloud infrastructure using the login.us2.oraclecloud.com endpoint. Our services exclusively use Oracle’s modern Gen2 infrastructure with Oracle Identity Cloud Service authentication, which operates on entirely different systems.
Additionally:
- We do not use Oracle LDAP for authentication
- All access to our OCI environments requires multi-factor authentication
- We use SSH keys for data access
- We maintain regular credential rotation protocols
As always, we remain vigilant about security threats and will continue to implement industry-best practices to protect your data and systems. Additional details about the breach are still emerging, and while we don’t yet know its full extent, we will update you promptly if anything changes that could affect our customers.
