New eForm Helps Princeton Students Respond to COVID-19 Pandemic

PRINCETON, NJ – Princeton University quickly created a new PeopleSoft-based eForm last week to enable students to agree to terms to remain on campus during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

The need for the form was identified the afternoon of March 12 and the form was deployed before the close of business the next day through TigerHub, the student portal for academic services. The form auto-populates Name and ID, and the student then simply clicks to acknowledge the policy statement. Over the past six days, hundreds have replied through the form.

Princeton plans to launch another form next week to allow students to notify the University when they leave campus.

We’re pleased and gratified that GT eForms is helping organizations like Princeton rapidly respond to these ever-changing challenges.
