The Virginia Community College System consists of 23 colleges that were all interested in automating student support with an Artificial Intelligence assistant (AI-based digital assistant). This presentation will cover our project to roll out an Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) which has system-wide knowledge coupled with an understanding of each college to create a personalized experience for every student. We will go through our methodology, challenges, pitfalls, to date the results, and end with a live demo. If you want to roll out AI at scale, this session is for you!
