Using a real-world Continuing Education solution built with City Colleges of Chicago, we will walk through an app-like journey powered by PeopleTools, GT WebUX, GT eForms, and the eForms Assistant, from search and registration through checkout.

We will then look ahead at how new PeopleSoft features, AI, Ida, and GT eForms for Cloud support interactions, personalization, and cloud portability, giving institutions a realistic path to adopt emerging capabilities without disruptive rewrites.
