Responsibilities 

This Senior Analyst’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement new PeopleSoft-based automation solutions for clients, including using GT eForms™. GT eForms™ enables functional development of workflow-enabled electronic forms and self-service applications inside PeopleSoft. These projects require the ability to interact confidently in a team environment that includes GT colleagues and client professionals.

This Analyst will:

  • Analyze the client’s business processes and collaborate with other GT team members and the client to design custom solutions, developed in PeopleTools and GT eForms™, to replace paper-based or other less efficient data collection and approval processes. This includes custom integration solutions, using Web Services technology and custom application design, and other applications of high-end PeopleSoft technologies.
  • Develop, test, and deploy the designed application, collaborating with functional experts, client technical resources, process owners, and project stakeholders.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor less-experienced technical resources assigned to client and internal development projects.
  • As assigned, develop, test, and deploy new features for the GT eForms™ product.
  • As assigned, work escalated support tickets pertaining to GT eForms™ and client solutions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of development experience with PeopleTools. (Applicants with less experience may still be considered for an entry-level position.)
  • 3-5 years of development experience with object-oriented development, either heavily using Application Classes in PeopleTools, or another object-oriented language. (Applicants with less experience may still be considered for an entry-level position.)
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus. Masters degree a plus. Applicants without related degrees but with significant PeopleTools and object-oriented experience will still be considered.
  • Willingness to learn and perform at an escalated pace.
  • Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Type 35+ WPM.

  • Deep object-oriented programming skills, with the immediate ability to develop complex PeopleCode using Application Classes, understanding and employing inheritance, polymorphism, data abstraction, and encapsulation.

Technical Analyst II (IntraSee)

Job Description

The Tech Analyst II position is a multi-faceted role, geared towards building text-based digital assistants and chatbots in the enterprise for employees, managers, students, faculty and advisors. The role is self-driven, but also part of a bigger collaborative team. The position offers the ability to exercise your full complement of skills, while allowing the freedom to also unleash your creative side. The role involves using the power of AI and Machine Learning, anchored on Natural Language Processing (NLP)to automate the support of enterprise user through conversational AI.

Responsibilities

  • Build custom dialogue flows, entities and other AI elements required by projects
  • Build new data sources with SQL and/or code
  • Build integrations via APIs via REST or SOAP
  • Review logs, trace and debug software issues
  • Conduct quality assurance and unit testing of any software changes made
  • Interact with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction on regular calls and email. Serve as level 2 support via our support channels for NLP or content issues.
  • Provide on-call support for SaaS production issues

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing

Senior PeopleSoft Business Analyst

Job Description

This consultant’s primary responsibility is to implement GT eForms™-based solutions for clients. GT eForms™ is a native PeopleTools bolt-on toolset. These projects require the ability to provide functional PeopleSoft and strategic consulting. Training on GT eForms™ will be provided.

This consultant will:

Jr. Computational Linguist (IntraSee)

Job Description

The Jr. Computational Linguist position is a multi-faceted role, geared towards building text-based digital assistants and chatbots. As a key member of a collaborative team, you will be able to exercise your full complement of skills, while allowing the freedom to also unleash your inventive side. The role involves utilizing the power of AI and Machine Learning, anchored on Natural Language Processing(NLP). They will work to optimize NLP for client implementations of our software.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Copywriting: build smart, engaging and customer-centric dialogue content for our product catalog and for custom client needs.
    Digital Assistant Training: create synthetic training data and curate user-provided data along with annotation to optimize the AI.
  • Quality Assurance: perform regular quality control checks on the digital assistant’s performance and resolve accuracy issues in the NLP. Additionally review user feedback for opportunities to improve the product.
  • Customer Support: interact with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction on regular calls and email. Serve as level 2 support via our support channels for NLP or content issues.
  • New opportunities, as they arise, if deemed a good fit for skillset.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from top universities, degree in computational linguistics a big plus
