Cash Advance

Request an expense cash advance for specific situations.

Reimbursements and Payments

Automatically approve and process reimbursements for employee expenses or vendor invoices. Invoice can be distributed to one or more speedchart/account combinations. On submit, creates PS Voucher to pay employee or vendor.

Credit Card Settlements

Reconcile charges incurred on a corporate credit card. Imports standard VCF file from credit card company and presents the information in an easy-to-use format for employee or delegate to reconcile their transactions and distribute to a default or multiple speedchart/account combinations.

Professional Development Claims

Submit Professional Development funding claims and check on the available PD balance for any employee at any time.

Vendor Add / Update

Add new or update existing vendors. Can be used internally by staff or externally as vendor self-service.

Journal Voucher

Request an adjustment or correct a posted and paid voucher, including departments, funds, accounts and distribution amounts.

Chartfield Maintenance

Provides the ability to request new chartfields, update or inactivate current combinations.

Generic Receipt

Creates and prints a financial receipt. The data is pulled into a deposit form to complete processing. Ability to define chartfield strings and add chartfield string favorites. Tracks payer information (add, update, edit).

Deposit

Combines receipts into a bank deposit and creates the journal voucher. Ability to define chartfield strings and add chartfield string favorites.

Security Access Request

Request or modify system access for individuals or groups by department, business unit, location, role or other criteria.
