DESCRIPTION:Concordia University in Montreal went live with GT eForms™ in 2022. This GT Lunch & Learn will feature Concordia sharing their experience in building the undergraduate student request forms (5 forms in total: Course Repeat\, Course Substitution\, Late Course Registration\, Credit Overload\, Late Withdrawal) as part of the continuous improvement on user experience and process automation using GT eForms and augmented routing. \nConcordia will share their experience with: \n\nAugmented routing\nNaming conventions\nAccommodating different requests from various faculties sharing the same form\, pages\, segments\, routing tab etc.\nBuilding rules to allow eForms to change approval paths after it has been submitted\nSecurity design for students and approvers\nForm exposure to students and approvers\nEmail notification set up\, communication workflow design and configuration\n\nMost importantly\, Concordia will share their lessons learned and what they are still learning along the way.
