DESCRIPTION:PeopleSoft has powered enterprise software for decades\, and developer expectations across the broader software industry have evolved alongside it. This session will  cover a few open source projects that help improve the developer experience\, improving productivity\, and effectiveness. \nAppRefiner augments Application Designer with modern IDE capabilities: real-time type checking\, intelligent autocompletion\, refactoring\, and code linting. \nDMS Viewer lets you view\, compare\, and edit data directly from Data Mover export (DAT) files. \nTrace Wizard makes PeopleTools appserver and Application Engine trace files easier to read and analyze. \nAttendees will leave with a practical toolkit they can adopt immediately to catch errors earlier and spend less time fighting their tools. \nPresented by Tim Slater\, Lead Software Engineer\, AI and UX Department at Gideon Taylor.
