Global Non-Profit Implements GT Paperless I-9™ and GT E-Verify Integration™

A large, global non-profit organization based in the United States has begun implementation of the GT Paperless I-9™ and GT E-Verify Integration™ solutions, with a goal to insure compliance in employment verification business processes while maintaining internal control of sensitive data an critical business processes.
Two new features will be added to the GT Paperless I-9™ for this project. First, in addition to storing I-9 information in the GT electronic form system, an interface will load the I-9 data back into the delivered PeopleSoft I-9 component. This will allow delivered PS reports to run on the GT-collected data.
Second, the GT Paperless I-9™ will be extended to support the "re-I-9ing" of existing employees, with the goal of a 100% electronic I-9 portfolio.
This will also mark the first implementation of GT E-Verify Integration™ that will be used across all fifty states.
NAU Speeds Position Reporting Project with Custom eForm Solution

Northern Arizona University and Gideon Taylor began what we hope becomes a long history of business process innovation this week, as we jointly began creation of a Position Reports-To eForm solution.
NAU is implementing PeopleSoft's Reports-To organizational structure, and needs to gather reporting information for thousands of employees. Gideon Taylor will use GT eForms™ to create a new eForm that will allow department users to quickly and easily assign and update reporting relationships for all the positions in their department on one eForm. After entry, the eForm will route the assignments for approval, and then will automatically update both Job Data and Position Data with the reporting information!
The solution will save NAU many hours of tedious data entry and cross-checking, and get Reports-To into Production much earlier than anticipated. With this solution, NAU demonstrates just how quickly GT eForms™ can add value with custom eForms templates.
