According to a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement news release, clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch accepted a fine settlement of $1,047,110 resulting from a 2008 ICE audit that found "numerous technology-related deficiencies in [the company's] electronic I-9 verification system."
