James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, is looking forward to launching its ePAF™ pilot in early 2013. The solution will automate most of the University's personnel actions, and will include integrated eForms for Hire, Job Change, Status Change, Person of Interest, Mass Entry and Approval, Supplemental Pay, and Position Data Request.
JMU is also working with Gideon Taylor on the development of GT OnBoarding™. Once complete, the solution will allow new employees to access the MyMadison employee portal, and complete many of their required forms online, including I-9 (with E-Verify integration), federal and state tax forms, direct deposit, and background check authorization.
With more than 8,000 staff members, and student enrollment of over 19,000, JMU is eager to explore opportunities to expand its eForms solutions to automate processes and eliminate paper in other business areas, including finance and student services.
