Continuing to expand the market for its HR compliance solutions, the Gideon Taylor team has launched new implementations of its Paperless I-9™ and E-Verify Integration™ solutions with clients in Retail and Health Sciences.
For an international food retailer, the GT I-9 and E-Verify solutions will significantly improve their compliance processes for U.S. employees. Headquartered in Europe, the company recognized that its growth in the United States and high retail turnover required an automated solution that could ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance and seamless integration with its core PeopleSoft HRMS and the necessary government agencies.
Streamlining the compliance process was also a primary driver for a major health sciences and educational institution in the central U.S. Providing both education and innovative health sciences research, the center employs thousands of full-time and part-time staff and was challenged with the paper-based I-9 process. The organization was already using GT eForms for a variety of other HR transactions, so the decision to move to the Paperless I-9 and E-Verify solutions was an easy one.
